Dattebayo- The bestest quality, and normally the fastest, Naruto Fansubbing site around =) (requires bittorrent, also does Bleach, though everyone knows Narutos better)

NarutoFan- A good site to get the Naruto Manga, and generally stay up-to-date on happenings regarding Naruto
